Professional Project Management

Our overall function as Project Managers is to add value and control to the Client group in the implementation of their capital developments. A Project Manager’s primary function is to manage risk from the various sources it can arise. Risk management focuses on risk to budget, risk to schedule and occupancy, risk to building performance and risk to assets to name a few.

Studies and Analysis

FPCL assists clients with a variety of studies and analysis. Examples would be:
• Critical reviews and assessments of capital projects assessing feasibility, scope and
  procurement strategies.
• Feasibility Assessments for the development of capital projects.
• Facility Operations and Maintenance reviews.
• Facility development option analysis reports.

Project Development

FPCL assists clients in the development of projects. Examples would be:
• Land acquisition
• Rezoning, subdivision, development permitting, development variance permitting and
  preliminary layout approvals.
• Site planning and development in preparation for project procurement.
• Capital planning and programming.

Project Management/Construction Management

Though FPCL principally focuses on offering clients independent and professional project management services, FPCL has teamed up with select contractor firms to provide clients a combination of both project management and construction management service. Construction management offers the client the services of a constructor acting as their agent in the tendering of the work to provide an open book method of implementation.
